He was born on June 24, 1960 in the village of Ponomarevka, Kolyvansky district, Novosibirsk region.
Painter, watercolorist, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, Russia since 1989.
In 1983 he graduated from the Art and Graphic Faculty of the Novosibirsk State Pedagogical Institute (studied under G.M. Nedoviziy).
