Despite her young age, Cars solo exhibitions were held with great success in many significant European cities: Moscow, Milan, London, Paris, Vienna, Rome, Amsterdam, St. Petersburg, Bologna, etc. Since 2015, Maria has been the youngest member of the WAAS Academy (World Academy of Art and Science).
In November 2017, a personal exhibition was held as part of the Biennale di Venezia at Palazzo Zenobio. The artist's works are in private collections around the world.
Maria's work is very diverse. She not only paints, but also illustrates books and calendars, sculpts, models clothes, and works as a theater artist.
